Stena Line launches new booking app to improve customer experience
FerryThis December, Stena Line will launch the My Trips app, bringing together everything customers need for a seamless journey. At the same time, both the booking process and the StenaMORE loyalty programme will be upgraded to offer a more personalised and convenient experience.
To meet the needs of its customers, Stena Line continues to enhance the travel experience – from booking to arrival. In December, the company will therefore introduce the My Trips app, which will serve as the hub of the digital customer journey, combining everything from booking management and real-time updates to port navigation and onboard opening hours.

We want to make travelling with Stena Line simple and inspiring, even before stepping on board, while meeting the needs of today’s travellers and the future demands for smooth, digital solutions,” says Ulf Staaff, Travel Commercial Manager at Stena Line.
In parallel, Stena Line is continuing to develop the upgraded booking platform launched earlier in 2024, focusing on making the booking experience more intuitive, faster, and more engaging.
The StenaMORE loyalty programme has also received an update. The refreshed programme features a more modern design, new content, and additional benefits, allowing members to earn points, access exclusive offers, and find travel inspiration. The update makes StenaMORE an even more valued tool for building long-term customer relationships.
