Pentland Ferries’ new ALFRED delivered and due in Orkney mid-October

FerryFinally, after much delay family-owned Scottish ferry operator Pentland Ferries’ new vehicle-passenger carrying catamaran ALFRED has been delivered and left Strategic Marine’s newbuilding facility at Vung Tau, Vietnam on 29 August on its 5,481-nautical-mile voyage home to the Orkneys.
