Jadrolinija's DALMACIJA out of service until January
FerryJadrolinija announced that all sailings with DALMACIJA are cancelled until 5 January 2027 because of ongoing technical problems. The ship suffered an engine failure in mid-August, which led to cancellations on her routes from Split to Ancona and Bari and from Dubrovnik to Bari.
The yard stay has been extended so that the engines can be converted to run on HVO while they are dismantled for repairs. The conversion had been planned for a later maintenance period, and some components have had to be sourced, which has added time. Passengers with bookings will be compensated.
