Moby to sell LUIGI PA
Ro-ro Moby has sold ro-ro LUIGI PA to Turkey-based buyers.
The 12,600 GT ro-ro unit, built in Norway in 1975, 1,600 lane meter, had joined Moby's fleet in 2006 altogether with sister unit GIUSEPPE SA (a third sister unit, the MASSIMO M, joined Moby in 2010).
The two ships have been put on the market and both appealed Hatay RoRo, a Turkey-based shipping company operating ro-ro lines in the South of the country, but Moby finally determined to keep the GIUSEPPE SA and the transaction, almost formalized by Genoa-based Ferrando & Massone broker, only regarded the LUIGI PA.
No value was disclosed and delivery is due by December 2016.
