Wasaline's AURORA BOTNIA receives Stena Line livery update following acquisition
FerryWasaline has completed a visual update of AURORA BOTNIA following Stena Line's acquisition of the company. The vessel's funnel has been repainted in Stena Line's characteristic red with the S emblem, whilst new design elements including the signature green wave motif have been added to the hull sides, reflecting the new ownership structure and deepened collaboration between the operators.
Wasaline will continue to operate independently under its own brand, maintaining operational service standards and customer commitments. The acquisition has provided Wasaline with strengthened resources and a development platform.
– Everything has exceeded expectations and operations continue as before. Neither staff, passengers nor freight customers notice any difference. Our focus on service and food is a key part of our brand and will remain unchanged. At the same time, we are proud to be part of Stena Line and look forward to developing together and becoming even stronger in the future, says Peter Ståhlberg, Managing Director of Wasaline.
AURORA BOTNIA maintains normal operations on the Vaasa–Umeå route, with up to 26 weekly departures during the summer holiday season.
