Washington State Ferries first plug-in hybrid-electric Olympic-class ferry to be named WISHKAH

FerryThe first new plug-in hybrid-electric Olympic-class passenger/vehicle ferry on order for US west coast operator Washington State Ferries (WSF) at local shipbuilder Vigor Industrial will be named WISHKAH. Construction of the new ferry will start in 2022 with WISHKAH scheduled to enter service in 2025.
