
Singapore’s first fully electric ferry fleet unveiled
FerryDesigned by Incat Crowther and built by Penguin International, each Electric Dream ferry will transport 200-passengers at speeds of up to 21-knots between the Pasir Panjang Ferry Terminal and Pulau Bukom, home to Shell's Energy and Chemicals Park.
Together, the three Electric Dream ferries, which will also be operated by Penguin International, will eliminate more than 6,000 tonnes of carbon emissions annually.
The first vessel in the fleet, PENGUIN REFRESH, will begin operation in May.
