
Scottish Government demand larger vessels

Bidders for a new 12-year contract to operate the Scottish Government sponsored Clyde passenger ferry link between Gourock and Dunoon will have to agree to provide far larger ferries than the two vessels used by present service operator Caledonian MacBrayne off-shoot Argyll Ferries.
