FerryPeel Ports-controlled The Mersey Docks and Harbour Company, operators of the docks at the Port of Liverpool, has prevented P&O Ferries’ Liverpool-Dublin freight-oriented ro-pax NORBAY from sailing in the morning of 16 April following a payment dispute.
