New Wightlink owner after Corporate re-organisation

FerryAs Isle of Wight ferry operator Red Funnel go on the market with a reported asking price of GBP 250m, there has been an ownership reorganisation for route rivals Wightlink following a corporate restructuring of previous owner Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Partners. The eight-vessel operation is now owned by re-branded fund Basalt Infrastructure Partners which remains in the hands of the previous Fund Managers.
