La Meridionale officially part of the CMA CGM conglomerate

FerryFollowing the announcement earlier this year that the CMA CGM group and the STEF group were discussing the acquisition by CMA CGM of the STEF ferry subsidiary La Meridionale it was expected that the deal would be secured by the end of June. Both companies concluded the process on 31 May with La Meridionale now officially part of the CMA CGM group.
