Janne Kauppila new Bore CEO
Ro-roBore Board of directors announced the appointment of mr. Janne Kauppila as new CEO for the company effective from 1st October 2023. The former CEO Mr. Håkan Modig has decided to take an early retirement after a long career in Bore.
Janne Kauppila comes from another Spliethoff Group company Transfennica and has a long career within the Group. He will now take the lead from Håkan in further developing Bore as an important tonnage provider in the short sea ro-ro market.
