IONIS introduced on the lifeline services to Kythira and Antikythira

FerryAs Shippax earlier reported, the Greek government has cancelled Lane Sea Lines’ contract for the heavily-subsidised twice weekly route from Piraeus via Kythira and Antikythira to Kissamos in Western Crete after the Greek operator was unable to pay the engine repairs to its 1976-built VITSENTZOS KORNAROS.
