First half results of operación paso del estrecho – ‘OPE’

FerryThe 2017 version of the ‘OPE’ reached its halfway point on 31 July. This three months campaign concerns the operation of various Spanish ports from Tarifa in the southwest to Alicante in the east, serving Moroccan and Algerian destinations, with some 2.8 million passengers making their way back to their original homeland for the summer holidays.
