First ever LNG engine for passenger ships in Spain inaugurated

FerryToday (March 2) Baleària’s ABEL MATUTES has been officially inaugurated as the first “semi LNG” ferry in Spain. The retrofit is a joint-project between Gas Natural Fenosa and Baleària and it is co-financed by the European Union’s Cleanport initiative that supports cleaner energy and port environment.
