Fincantieri’s bid for STX France could be finalized in April

YardAccording to international news agency Reuters, a bid by Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri for STX France could already be signed formally in mid-February. If so, the deal could be finalized in April, French industry minister Christophe Sirugue told Reuters.
