Fincantieri and the French state have signed the heads of terms for STX France

YardRepresented by the Agence des Participations de l’Etat (APE), the French state yesterday (April 12) signed the heads of terms with Fincantieri, an agreement that is a key element for the finalization of the final agreement among future shareholders that also includes the guidelines of the business plan, shared with APE, prepared by Fincantieri for STX France.
