EL. VENIZELOS suffers vehicle deck fire

FerryAnek Lines’ EL. VENIZELOS with 875 passengers and 141 crew on board suffered a fire on one of her vehicle decks while en route from Piraeus to Chania, Crete last night (28-29 August). The ro-pax ferry has meanwhile returned to Piraeus under her own power with all passengers being safely disembarked.
