sep 27 2022
CruiseNorwegian shipyard Myklebust Verft has successfully completed the complex six month conversion of Hurtigruten Norway’s Coastal Express vessel RICHARD WITH to a battery hybrid propulsion system. RICHARD WITH is the first of three sisterships to undergo this work, with KONG HARALD next inline at Myklebust Verft, followed by NORDLYS, although the shipyard to carry out this vessel’s conversion as yet to be named. NORDLYS, however, will be back in service for summer 2023.
