Condor Ferries charters Godby Shipping’s MIDAS as cover during COMMODORE GOODWILL’s extended drydocking in Spain

Ro-roChannel Island’s ferry operator Condor Ferries has chartered Godby Shipping’s 1990-built ro-ro MIDAS for one month to cover the extended drydocking of its 1,250 lanemetre capacity freight ro-ro COMMODORE GOODWILL. The vessel damaged its propeller and drive shaft while entering drydock at Spain’s Astilleros de Santander repair yard, in the north of the country.
