CLdN adds third Dublin sailing, increasing capacity on Humber and Thames corridors
Ro-roTo meet the surge in demand for unaccompanied trailer movements post-Brexit, CLdN will add a third weekly sailing from Zeebrugge to Dublin. At the same time, CLdN will add an extra weekly sailing from Zeebrugge to Killingholme and Purfleet, respectively.
Having recently returned from charter, the 2,600-lanemetre, Flensburger-built MASSIMO MURA has been renamed CADENA 3 and will be added as third ship on the direct Belgium-Ireland route, sailing from Zeebrugge to Dublin on Mondays. The Monday sailing will supplement the Wednesday and Friday sailings from Zeebrugge, operated by a 5,379-lanemetre H5 Class and a 7,970-lanemetre G9 Class ro-ro freighter.
In addition to its weekly Zeebrugge-Dublin rotation, CADENA 3 will make a weekly Zeebrugge-Killingholme sailing on Fridays ex Zeebrugge, bringing the total of weekly sailings on the Zeebrugge-Humber route to seven.
CLdN will also add an extra weekend sailing between Zeebrugge and Purfleet on Sundays, increasing the number of sailings to 12 per week.
