Boreal sold to French Vauban Infrastructure Partners

FinanceBoreal one of the four major Norwegian domestic ferry operators has been sold to Vauban Infrastructure Partners (VIP), three years after its sale to the Everbright Overseas Infrastructure Investment Fund, another equity fund mainly investing in so-called infrastructure companies and based in Hong Kong.
