TS Laevad charters MERCANDIA VIII as backup vessel

FerryJust like last year, ForSea’s reserve vessel MERCANDIA VIII will head for Estonia to take up a summer charter with TS Laevad/Praamid, replacing REGULA as the backup vessel.
