June increased by 4.5 percent compared to the previous year, while July shows a slight decrease of two percent. In total, for the two summer months, they saw an increase of about 2,000 passengers.

During January to July, 1,109,600 passengers have travelled with Destination Gotland, which is an increase of just over two percent compared to 2024.

"We see a small, but stable, increase in travel to and from Gotland so far in 2025. Although we see a slight decrease in July, the figures indicate that Gotland as a destination is increasing in attractiveness even outside what is traditionally seen as the absolute peak season in July. It is good for Gotland that travel is spread out, and not just developed over a few weeks," comments Håkan Johansson, Deputy CEO of Gotlandsbolaget and CEO of Destination Gotland.
