Royal Caribbean Group achieves significant growth in 2025
FinanceRoyal Caribbean Group has concluded 2025 with a major financial surge, reporting total revenues of USD 17.9 billion compared to USD 16.5 billion in 2024. Net income also saw a substantial increase, rising to USD 4.3 billion for the full year 2025, up from USD 2.9 billion the year prior.
This growth was fueled by record-breaking demand during the "WAVE" booking season and a 5.5% increase in capacity, supported by the successful introduction of new vessels like STAR OF THE SEAS and UTOPIA OF THE SEAS.
The company's operational efficiency also improved year-over-year, with net yields increasing by 3.8% compared to 2024. While cruise operating expenses rose slightly as the fleet expanded, the Group’s "vacation ecosystem" strategy—integrating innovative ships with exclusive private destinations—successfully drove higher guest spending both onboard and pre-cruise. This performance has positioned the company to project even stronger results for 2026, anticipating double-digit revenue growth as it moves toward its long-term "Perfecta" financial targets.
