FinancePhilippine businessmen Henry Sy and Dennis Uy, who both control NEgros NAvigation COmpany (NENACO) – one of the oldest domestic shipping companies in the Philippines – have agreed to merge NENACO and the 2GO Group in order to “simplify corporate structure and to develop efficiencies and economies within the group”.
