High-speedWhen delivered in 2000 the 6,177gt high-speed monohull AEOLOS KENTERIS I, was hailed as one of the vessels that would transform ferry travel in the Greek archipelago. But an electronic auction attempt in Piraeus on 18 July attracted no bidders at the asking price of EUR 5.4 million (USD 6.35 million).
