It's official: approval for Hellenic Seaways takeover by Attica

FinanceAs Shippax earlier reported this week, Attica Group has clinched the EUR 178 million deal to acquire Greece’s largest ferry operator Hellenic Seaways on a promise to “give competitors some breathing room” on various lines in the Cyclades and North Aegean routes.
