Key volume highlights (year to date to 22 November 2025):
- RoRo freight units: 735,200 (+4.9% vs 2024)
- Cars: 624,300 (-4.8% vs 2024)

Ferries Division
The Ferries Division, which includes Irish Ferries, recorded total revenues of EUR 399.5 million in the ten months to 31 October 2025, up 6.3% from EUR 375.8 million in the prior year (including intra-division charter income). Revenues continue to include customer surcharges related to fuel costs and the EU Emissions Trading System (ETS).
Balance sheet
Pre-IFRS 16 net debt for banking covenant purposes stood at EUR 119.8 million at 31 October 2025, compared to EUR 56.6 million at 31 December 2024. On an IFRS 16 basis (including lease liabilities), net debt was EUR 242.3 million versus EUR 162.2 million at year-end 2024. The increase primarily reflects the acquisition of the ferry JAMES JOYCE and the purchase of an additional container ship during the year.
ICG stated that trading remains in line with management expectations, with the Group continuing to benefit from robust freight demand on its Ireland–UK and Ireland–France routes while car volumes reflect ongoing caution among leisure travellers.
The company will release its preliminary results for the full year 2025 in early 2026.
