AF MARINA chartered for Cyprus–Greece summer service
FerryAF MARINA has been chartered by the Government of Cyprus to operate the direct maritime connection between Cyprus and Greece during the 2026 summer season.
Owned by Adria Ferries, the vessel offers capacity for 600 passengers, 110 cabins and approximately 1,300 lane metres of vehicle space. It will provide a reliable sea alternative to air travel on the popular Limassol–Piraeus route.
This will be the fifth consecutive year of the government-supported service, which has become a well-established strategic initiative of the Republic of Cyprus.
The first sailing is scheduled to depart from Limassol at the end of May 2026. The service is expected to run throughout the summer months.
In previous years, the route was operated by the night ferry DALEELA.
Both the previous DALEELA charter and this new AF MARINA charter have been brokered by Go Shipping & Management and Ferrando & Massone. Go Shipping & Management as the charterers broker, with Ferrando & Massone acting on behalf of the owner.
