Hurtigruten takes over Kleven Verft

YardThe Norwegian shipyard Kleven Verft has announced that it has found a new long-term solution with the Hurtigruten-owned company KVE Holding AS to take over 100% of the shares in the ailing Kleven Verft AS, Kleven Maritime Contracting AS and Kleven Maritime Technology AS.
