Hong Kong-based investment fund acquires Boreal

FinanceThe Norwegian transportation company Boreal is changing hands as Hong Kong-based Everbright Overseas Infrastructure Investment Fund LP has announced that it will acquire 100% of Boreal Holding AS from the current owners, a group of Norwegian investors and a Luxembourg-based infrastructure fund. The transaction is expected to be completed later this spring.
