Fehmarnbelt Tunnel can be built – complaints are void

FerryComing as little surprise, the Federal Administrative Court in Leipzig has today, 3 November 2020, dismissed all pending lawsuits against the planning approval decision for the German section of the Fehmarnbelt fixed link from Puttgarden to Rødby. The plaintiffs were two environmental associations, three companies – including Scandlines, the operator of the Puttgarden-Rødby ferry service – and the city of Fehmarn.
