DFDS further spreads its wings in the Med following the take-over of U.N. Ro-Ro

FinanceDFDS will acquire 98.8% of leading Turkish freight ro-ro operator U.N. Ro-Ro from Turkish private equity firms Actera Group and Esas Holdings which took over the company from American private equity group KKR in 2014. Back then, DFDS was already one of the candidates to take over U.N. Ro-Ro, but Actera Group and Esas Holdings were the successful bidders, paying in the region of EUR 700 million.
