High-speedDoubts over the summer 2018 fast ferry service linking the US and Canada – Portland, Maine to Yarmouth, Nova Scotia – have been quashed after the ferry operator, Canada’s Bay Ferries and the Government of Nova Scotia, agreed to pay for upgrades to the ferry terminal in Portland to meet US Customs & Border Protection Agency demands.
