FerryBaleària, the Denia-based ferry operator, has taken the 1995-built ferry AMMAN on charter. The Huelva-built ferry, owned by Arab Bridge Maritime, has a capacity for 950 passengers and 460 cars, with some 740 freight lanemetres available. The ferry had been chartered by Inter Shipping between 2013 and 2017 for use on the Algeciras-Tangier Med route, and it had been assumed that she would re-appear there again.
