Royal Caribbean Group sells Azamara to Sycamore Partners

FinanceA definitive agreement has been entered which sees Royal Caribbean Group selling its Azamara brand, including its three-ship fleet and associated intellectual property, to Sycamore Partners, a private equity firm, in an all-cash carve-out transaction for USD 201 million.
