PortThe Port of Kiel in Germany handled 7,407,376 tonnes of cargo in 2017 – a record that was 14.3% higher than the previous year. Much of this growth was related to the new SCA forest products centre which, in its first full year of operation in 2017, handled over 780,000 tonnes.
