
Moby Lines acquire two St Peter Line ferries
FerryIt has been confirmed that Italian ferry owner Moby Lines has purchased PRINCESS ANASTASIA and PRINCESS MARIA.
1986-built SPL PRINCESS ANASTASIA was sold for €22m. She has a capacity of 2,447 beds and 1,020 lane metres. Formerly known as OLYMPIA and PRIDE OF BILBAO.
1981-built PRINCESS MARIA was sold for €15m. She has a capacity of 1,762 beds and 1,022 lane metres. Formerly known as FINLANDIA and QUEEN OF SCANDINAVIA.
Unconfirmed reports say that one ship will be charted back to St Peter Line, while one other will be used on Moby Line's routes.
