MACNA sells FARES 1 to Turkish operator
High-speedMACNA has sold the catamaran FARES 1 to an unnamed Turkish operator. The 2002 Austal-built vessel has a capacity for 450 passengers and 45 cars, with a service speed of 33 knots. The vessel will soon connect southern Turkey with Cyprus and Lebanon, transitioning from its long-standing service in the Red Sea to its new role in the Mediterranean.
