Germany’s Meyer Werft to build P&O Cruises' largest vessel yet

CruiseCarnival Corporation & plc has signed a contract with German cruise shipbuilder Meyer Werft to build a 180,000gt, 5,200-passenger vessel for its P&O Cruises subsidiary. When delivered in 2022 this vessel will become the largest cruise ship yet built for the British company and the largest vessel aimed specifically at the British cruise market.
