FinanceChelsea Logistics Holdings Corp. – the shipping arm of Philippine tycoon Dennis Uy – holds a significant stake in 2GO, the country’s largest ferry operator, and fully controls Trans-Asia Shipping and Starlite Ferries which have been acquired in late 2016 and late 2017, respectively.
