
CAPU ROSSU’s keel laid
FerryThe keel has been laid for CAPU ROSSU, the 13th E-Flexer class ro-pax ordered by Stena RoRo from CMI Jinling Weihai. The 38,208gt ropax, with a length of 202.9m and 27.8m beam, will have a capacity for 1,035 passengers in 234 cabins and 2,500 lane metres of freight.
The vessel is long term chartered to Corsica Linea and is expected to be delivered in early 2026 and enter service in June 2026. The vessel will be equipped with two dual fuel Wärtsilä 12V46 DF main engines with a combined output of 27,480 kW, giving a service speed of 23 knots.
