Brittany Ferries and Islands Unlimited join forces to offer new passenger ferry link between Guernsey and Jersey
High-speedBrittany Ferries and Channel Islands-based ferry operator Islands Unlimited have joined forces to operate a new inter-island passenger ferry service between Guernsey and Jersey. The service started in early March.
Under the new agreement, Islands Unlimited’s services will operate for up to five days a week between St. Peter Port and St. Helier from March through to October. The new service will be available through Brittany Ferries reservations and website.
Brittany Ferries currently operates its own service between Guernsey and Jersey on a Wednesday.
Islands Unlimited launched its Guernsey-Jersey service in summer 2025 and operates the 330-passenger capacity air-cushion (Surface Effect Ship – SES) catamaran ferry SAN PAWL on the route. This 35m vessel was built in 1990 and was acquired from Malta’s Virtu Ferries in April 2025.
