The contract is subject to access to financing as per industry practice.

In 2022 Fincantieri acquired the order for the first ship of the class, which will be delivered in Q4 2025.

The Four Seasons Yachts newbuildings will measure 207m x 27m and feature 14 decks. Passenger accommodation comprises 95 suites, capable of accommodating a maximum of 185 passengers. The newbuildings will offer nearly 50% more living space per passenger than any other vessel of this type currently in service. The passenger suites will feature an extensive network of joining suite combinations, creating adaptable villa-like residences.
