His scope of work will be broad, ranging from overseeing the Group’s financial functions to leading and developing investor relations. Penner holds a degree in International Business Administration from Estonian Business School. He has worked for more than six years as CFO and Management Board Member of Circle K Eesti and has also served as CFO of Euroapteek and Ragn-Sells Eesti.

Penner will start at Tallink on 12 October. The company’s current CFO, Anna-Liisa Sisask, will move on to become CFO and Management Board Member of Viru Keemia Grupp.
