Stena Line offers City of Sassnitz to take over defunct Trelleborg route

FerryAccording to an article by Swedish daily Trelleborgs Allehanda, Stena Line has offered the City of Sassnitz to take over the entire activity of the Sassnitz-Trelleborg route, also known as ‘Königslinie’ or ‘Kungslinjen’. The takeover would include personnel and the route’s single ferry, SASSNITZ, which was laid up in Uddevalla following Stena Line’s decision to permanently cease the service.
