YardTennor Holding, formerly known as Sapinda Holding, has taken full control of Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft (FSG), having acquired Siem Europe’s remaining 24% share in the German specialist shipbuilder of ro-ro freighters and ro-pax ferries.
