Pella Sietas and FSG in takeover talks

YardMedia in northern Germany report today, 11 June, that Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft (FSG), which is in self-administrated insolvency proceedings, could be sold to Pella Sietas. Negotiations are ongoing, the reports said, and a final decision has yet to be made.
