Ownership change for Molslinjen

FinanceCopenhagen-headquartered private equity fund Polaris will divest from Danish domestic ferry operator Molslinjen A/S with the ownership to be taken over by EQT Infrastructure. The transaction is subject to approval from the competition authorities and is expected to be completed in early 2021.
